All course purchases on APJ Gurukul are final and non-refundable, once payment is successfully completed. This applies regardless of whether you have attended any live classes for the course.
We recommend reviewing a course's description, schedule, and instructor details carefully in the app before purchasing.
If a payment is deducted but the course does not show as enrolled in your account, or you are charged more than once for the same course, contact us with your payment details (date, amount, and the last 4 digits of your payment method or UPI transaction ID) and we'll investigate and correct it — including a refund of any genuinely duplicate or failed charge.
If we cancel a course entirely before it is delivered (rather than an individual session being rescheduled), you'll be offered either a full refund or transfer to another course of equal value, at your choice.
