APJ Gurukul is operated by APJ Advisory, A21 ground floor, Virwani Industrial Estate, Goregaon West, Mumbai 400097, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us", "APJ Gurukul"). By creating an account or purchasing a course on the APJ Gurukul mobile app, you agree to these terms.

The service

APJ Gurukul provides live, instructor-led video classes and structured courses for professionals in luxury retail, hospitality, and high-end sales, delivered through our Android and iOS mobile app. There is no public website for using the service — the app is the only way to access classes, courses, and account features.

Accounts

• You sign in with Google or Apple — we don't issue or store a separate password.
• One account is active on one device at a time; signing in on a new device signs you out of the previous one automatically.
• You're responsible for keeping your device and account access secure.

Purchases & fees

• Course fees are shown in the app before you pay, inclusive of GST, and charged as a one-time payment through Razorpay — not a recurring subscription.
• Purchasing a course enrolls you and grants access to its live classes, materials, and tests for the duration described in the course listing.

Content & conduct

• Live class video is protected content — recording, screenshotting, screen-casting, or redistributing class or course video in any form is prohibited.
• Course materials and recordings (where provided) are for your personal learning use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to circumvent content protection, or misuse the platform.

Live classes

Class schedules, instructors, and content are set at our discretion and may change with reasonable notice. We aim to deliver every scheduled class but are not liable for disruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control (instructor illness, connectivity issues, force majeure).

Limitation of liability

APJ Gurukul is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you in-app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
